Gerriko now authorised VAR for CSE-Semaphore T-BOX
Gerriko Technology Solutions is now part of the CSE-Semaphore Partner Network and is a Value Added Reseller of T-BOX. Semaphore’s
T-BOX line combines alarm notification, data logging, integral web server, IP telemetry, and programmable automation in a single,
rugged package that is perfect for decentralised applications. T-BOX offers up to 50% less total installed cost per point versus
traditional SCADA and PLC systems.
The T-BOX advantage starts with the Remote Terminal Unit (RTU), by taking full advantage of the many features offered:
- Alarm management: T-BOX is ideal for detection and reporting of alarm
conditions. - Data logging: GBytes of data logging capability to process and retain historical
information in the event of communications network down-time. - Push technology and Multi-communications: IP forwarding of live and
historical CSO information is provided via Modbus, e-mail, FTP transfer. - Integral webserver: for technician’s tools, including local diagnostics. T-VIEW is
a separate programme that aggregates and presents the data. The decentralized
architecture allows technicians to access data wirelessly from anywhere and at
any time. - TwinSoft programming environment: expedited development environment of
standard function blocks for a variety of monitoring and control operations.

environment. The aim of this study is to understand the different types of vertical axis wind turbines to determine best
characteristics and build a prototype to test suitability within the built environment.
