We provide a range of self-support options, such as user manuals, FAQ's and online tutorials to help you better understand the
product and to troubleshoot your problem. Help is available through a hierarchy of support levels.
Installers
Your first level of support is through one of our authorised installers. If you chose the DIY route please call our after-sales technical support team (office hours: mon-fri from 09:00-17:00) who will be happy to help. Should someone be required to make an on-site visit a call-out charge may be required.
