Gerriko Technology Solutions secures distribution rights for Toppan's Info Armour® RFID shielding product
Gerriko Technology Solutions is proud to announce that it is an authorised provider throughout the island of Ireland of
Toppan's Info Armour RFID Shielding Paper.
Info Armour® is a specially developed and patented 'triple wafer' foil and paper product incorporating the Faraday Cage
principle. Info Armour prevents readers from coupling with a passive RFID tag, smart card of ePassport by blocking the
electromagnetic field. A single sheet of Info Armour is effective at shielding the RFID chip no matter whether placed above or
below the RFID antenna. It is a unique product that is readily adaptable for most ready-converted pre-printed stationery
requirements.
Toppan's RFID blocking paper is supplied to numerous banks and other security-conscious organisations who use Info Armour
when mailing out contactless cards.

Gerriko Technology Solutions exhibited ROBOGUARDTM at the 40th Building expo, Ireland's biggest and most innovative building event. The show
was held between the 17th and 19th September at the RDS in Dublin. Gerriko's exhibition stand attracted keen interest throughout
the duration of the show.

The South African manufacturers have launched a number of exciting new products to complement the existing range of
components. Of particular interest is the new HQ configurations, which now include two cheaper options,
namely a dual channel and a single channel handheld receiver.

The ROBOGUARDTM system is seen at the 2008 NPC (Kilkenny)
Gerriko teamed up with Protect Security Systems, a security installation company operating out of Waterford and Kilkenny, at the
National Ploughing Championships – which saw more than 400,000 people come through the gates over three days. Roboguard
attracted strong interest from the public who were able to see the outdoor security solution in action. The rural community were
particularly interested in its robust design and the fact that it is a wireless systems and does not require mains power.
